Elena is a product manager with over 3 years of experience across B2B and B2C environments. With a foundation in user-centered design and business management, along with a Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification, Elena brings a strategic and empathetic approach to product development.
Throughout her career, she has managed a diverse range of products; including but not limited to help centers, mobile apps for FMCG startups, and HR technology focused on performance review analytics. Most recently, she has led the contract management module at a GovTech company, delivering solutions to meet the complex needs of the public sector.
